•  We hold reservations for seven days pending arrival of your deposit. If we do not receive same within seven days we reserve the right to allocate to another client.

•  When you make a booking you will be asked for a £150 non-returnable deposit, this along with the booking form is necessary to secure the reservation.

•  The balance of the rental will be due 8 weeks before your arrival date, this is non-returnable. At this time we also ask for a £100 security deposit.

•  La Terrasse s leeps four people, La Roseraie sleeps two people.

•  All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided within the cost.

•  Firewood is provided free of charge as is 12kw of electricity per day. 

•  All the properties are no smoking.

•  If you would like to bring your pet with you this may be possible – please contact us to discuss further.

•  The properties are rented from Saturday to Saturday and are available after 4pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10am on the departure day.

•  Two weeks before your holiday you will receive all the information you need for your stay, including travel directions and details of where to collect the keys.
